kadmin 632c378f19 feat: schmutz.yml v2 — full identity contract (profile: data-store) 
Adds identity, pki, ziti, bao, zitadel, caddy, scalar, ssh blocks.
Bao is now the PKI issuer — cert auth replaces AppRole.
SPIFFE ID template for cross-plane interoperability.
