kadmin fae8c77494 feat: schmutz.yml v2 — identity contract (profile: web-app) 
Full identity contract: pki (Bao CA), ziti (cert auth), bao,
zitadel, caddy, scalar, ssh. SPIFFE ID for cross-plane identity.
