kadmin 6c2455945a feat: schmutz.yml v2 — full identity contract (profile: public-vessel) 
Adds identity, pki, ziti, bao, zitadel, caddy, scalar, ssh blocks.
Bao is now the PKI issuer — cert auth replaces AppRole.
SPIFFE ID template for cross-plane interoperability.
